RAVE: Newman's Own Organics

I am THRILLED to introduce to you Newman's Own Organics!!!!!! What started with pretzels and grew to include other snack foods has now expanded to many other organic items: coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, organic dried fruit, and pet food. The partners anticipate adding a number of new items each year in all these areas!  

I had the pleasure to review some of these fantastic, delicious, and organic products and I can not say enough good things about them! Of course I love eating organic and with Newman's Own Organics- there is PLENTY of delicious variety to choose from. They seriously offer something for every taste in your household- licorice, cookies, mints, chocolates, and SO much more! Below are some of my favorites (of course I'm starting with their TO DIE FOR Chocolates):

Signature Series Chocolates: These are organic chocolate bars, at their best. YUM &  YUM. Newman's Own Organics was actually a pioneer in the natural food industry when it offered its first line of organic chocolate bars and since then they have taken their commitment to a better chocolate bar to the next level with their Signature Chocolate line, which carries the USDA Organic and RainForest Alliance Certified ™ seals on both the bars and chocolate cups. “We pay a premium above and beyond the current market price for organic cocoa that is tied to the Fair Trade market price,” says Nell. Available in SO many delicious varieties: orange dark chocolate, mocha milk chocolate, espresso dark chocolate, and more. And their cups are available in heavenly varieties such as: caramel, peanut butter, peppermint & more! These are amazing for baking. Just chop them up and toss them in your brownie, cookie, or cake batter.

Newman-O's: These are AMAZING! I have never had the pleasure of trying such delicious cream cookie flavors like these: Original, Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Hint O' Mint, Ginger 'n' Cream, Wheat Free Dairy Free. As with all Newman's Own Organics cookies they use palm oil from ProForest  co-ops in Colombia. Unlike butter, palm shortening is plant derived, so it has no cholesterol and is lower in saturated fat than butter. Seriously you MUST try these!!!! NOM NOM NOM! I baked a Newman-O in my St. Pattys Day cupcakes & then crumbled some on top - seriously amazing and a HUGE hit at the party. mmmmmm

Fig Newmans:  Finding local fig growers in California, the first fig bar made with organic figs, organic sugar, organic flour, and without hydrogenated oils was created. Fig Newmans™ are available in: Fat Free, Low Fat,  and Wheat-Free/Dairy-Free- all super moist and super delicious!
