Jodi leads this body weight toning & cardio workout in a brick gym. Jodi and 2 background exercises each work out at a different intensity levels and at different durations so you can choose exactly how hard you work. No equipment is needed but you can easily add weights to up the challenge.
Three rounds of 8 different exercises are performed with 10 seconds between exercises and one minute between rounds. Exercises include: lunge dip combo, spiderman pushups, elevator planks, squat kikcs, squat hops, tri pushups, side lying tri pushups, single leg bridge, standing crunches, roundhouse kick up and hop back, balance glute raise, sprinter crunches, lunges w/UB movement, superman , pivot lunges, Mt. Climbers, squat jumps, and pushup to side plank. The advanced mod adds plenty of plyo options!
I rate this an intermediate workout following Jodi, adding weights and/or following the advanced mod you can def get an advanced workout. Time REALLY flies in this and there is no wasted time. Fun and athletic exercises combined with great instruction & form pointers make this a winner!
