Jodi leads this 25 min toning + cardio workout with two background exercisers. Each exerciser works at a different intensity and exercise duration. You wont need any equipment for this workout but you can easily add dumbbells to get more strength work in.
After a warmup, you perform 12 exercises, one minute rest, then repeat. Exercises include: squat & overhead press, lateral bounds, Mt. climbers, superman, pushup variations, burpees, lunge dip combo, hi knee run, plank arm raise, shuffle floor touch, and concludes with a stretch.
This is an intermediate to high intermediate workout. Many of the exercises are easy to add weights to if you want more strength work. Great athletic exercises with no wasted time. This workout really provides a lot of bang for you 24 minute “buck.”
