Jodi works out with two backgrounders, each working at their own intensity and exercise duration. You wont need any equipment for this cardio & body weight resistance workout. Each of the 12 exercises are performed for 1 minute, then repeated.
After a warmup, exercises include: single let squat, explosive pushups, low back swimmer, hi knee run, jacks, plank pike dives, push up leg raises, wall sit, floor touch shuffle and concludes with a cooldown.
Following Jodi this is a solid to high intermediate workout. Jodi is a very encouraging instructor and her cuing & form reminders are great! Lots of fun and unique exercises in this one- really makes the time fly! Easy to add weights to if you want more strength work.
