REVIEW ~ Dance Off The Inches: Cardio Hip Hop Party

This dvd contains three 10 minute cardio dance workouts, a 5 min warmup & cooldown, and a tutorial step guide. You wont need any equipment and Jen works out with 2 backgrounders in a lobby set.
Jen breaks down each exercise & then puts them all together to form a routine. Exercises include: Old School: step tap pump, cabbage patch,&  roger rabbit. Hip Hop House: back sweep, slide, knee tap out, and side knee pull & punch. Video Jam: kick and knee knock, stroll, body snake, swivel, bunny hops, and hip twists.
I rate this a higher beginner cardio routine with moderate complexity choreography. Utilize the step guide and you shouldnt have any problems at all with the choreo. Jen is a great instructor that provides excellent cuing & has a cheerful personality. This is a fun routine for anyone who enjoys dancing. I received this dvd to review.

  1. Dancing is great for weight loss, for overall fitness and just for preasure! Dancing engages the whole body and what's even more important, it engages you emotionally. What keeps me prepared for active dancing and other exercises is Military Grade Nutritionals. Natural supplements which effectively increase my energy and strength. This stuff keeps my tone high, so I am getting pleasure from every workout.
