REVIEW: Jari Love Get Extremely RIPPED! and Chiseled

This dvd contains two 42/43 minute workouts that can be combined together or done individually. Jari works out in a black set with 3 background exercisers, one providing a modification. You will need dumbbells & a step for this workout. Both workouts contain the warmup & cooldown.

Upper Body: Exercises include side lying tri pushups, tricep pushups, shoulder press, anterior raise, reverse fly, bicep curls, hammer curls, and ab work.

Lower Body: Exercises include unweighted low squats, wide squat jumps & static lunges, elevated deadlifts, side squats & curtsy dips off the step, table top leg raises & row, & seated rows.

I rate these high intermediate routines. Jari does a great job of providing plenty of reps of each exercise so you will definitely feel the burn! Jari provides great instruction. I received this dvd to review.
