Acacia TV Interval Strength Workout

Gerren works out alone in a brick gym for this 20 min cardio & strength workout. You perform 2 rounds of 10 exercises, 30 seconds each. You will need dumbbells for this workout. 

Exercises include: squat & hi pull, low lunge knee pulls, bench press, weighted V twists, wood chops, lunge & weight pass through, renegade rows, weighted crunches, side lunge & curl, upper back fly, rest and repeat. 

I rate this a high intermediate routine that accomplishes a lot in a short amount of time. Gerren is a great instructor with great cuing. Unique exercises and no wasted time. I received this routine to review.
