Deazie Gibson

Deazie works out on a alone on a beach for this 26 min strength workout. You will need dumbbells for this workout. You perform 2 exercises and an isolation hold, 20 reps of each and repeat. Deazie provides modifications for some exercises.

Exercises include: plie, plie hold with alternating overhead press, push ups, low hover leg raises, lunges, lunge hold and single arm bi curls, weighted side plank hip raises adding a front raise, and side lunge adding a hi pull. 

I rate this a solid intermediate strength routine that also got my heart rate up. I like Deazie as a lead. You get some rest breaks while Deazie demos the next exercises. Some exercises move from floor to standing. There is no warm up or cool down. I received this workout for review.
