Review: Fe Fit 90 Day Fitness Experience Fe Fit Week Three DVD

The Fe Fit weight loss program contains 8 DVDs featuring 28 workouts. The workouts, all 30 minutes or less are from seven different workout genres, keeping your muscles guessing & keeping your metabolism revved. This 13-week program is fun, convenient and provides a support group of other women. The meaning of the Fe in the program name comes from the periodic table of elements, FE is iron, which is strong! The set is broken down into weeks, so you can easily follow along with this fab & effective program. Stay tuned on my blog to read detailed reviews of all the workouts in this amazing set!
Hilary Chung, 2015
The Fe Fit Week Three workouts are on disc two  along with week 2. Each workout is about 30 min each. Hilary leads all of these routines in a cute barre studio with 3 backgrounders, one who shows some modifications. You will need light weights & exercise tubing for some of the routines. Each of these routines contains a warm up and a cool down.
Lower Body 2: Unweighted work includes lunges, dips, lunge pulses, static lunge, plie pulses, heel raises adding pulses, closes stance squats, static toe & heel raises, a standing donkey balance series, abductions, a lunge & lunge pulse ladder from 20-5 reps, prone leg raises, superman hold, swimmer & a weighted donkey series. Hillary adds jacks between sets to keep that heart rate up.

Core 2: This routine includes floor and standing work & some exercises utilize light hand weights. Exercises include the hundred, oblique crunches with 1 leg raised, side plank, side crunches, bridge crunches adding a leg extension, squat & overhead reach, cross knee pull, twists, pliet & overhead reach, supermans, swimmer, elevator plank, plank cross knee pull, low plank to pike and mt. climber.

Total Body Toning 2:
Weight work include chest press & bridge, static bridge hold with tricep drops, pec fly & double leg drop, weighted V twists, pushups & row, donkey kicks, & weighted bird dog series. A squat and a chair hold series with bi curls, overhead press, bi-tri, & bear hugs. butt kicks, jacks, cross knee pulls, shifting side lunges. Pilates ring work includes inner thigh squeeze adding crunches, upper body ring chest squeeze with crunches & roll ups, V twists with ring chest squeezes, supine leg drops & inner thigh squeeze. Band work includes: shoulder circles, rows, and abductions.

I rate these workouts solid intermediates. Hilary accomplishes a lot in only 30 minutes and the time goes by quickly. Hilary is motivating and the workouts include a nice mix of standing, floor, weights, and body weight exercises. These are no dread workouts for sure. I received this DVD to review.
