Jaana works out with 2 background exercisers, one showing modifications. You will need resistance tubing and an optional mat for this upper body & core workout.
After a warm up, exercises include: bent row, push ups, lat pull adding knee raise & hip pop, standing chest fly, standing crunches & knee pulls, reverse fly, front & side raise, upright row, concentration curl, rotator cuff work, overhead tri drops, & a cool down.

This is a solid intermediate workout but you can easily modify up or down depending on your tubing strength. Jaana provides great form pointers throughout. There are plenty of tempo changes to keep things fun & keep your muscles guessing. Jaana adds some higher intensity moves to get your heart rate up and you will also work your core in this routine.
