Dr. Axe leads this 23 minute mostly strength workout in a small space with 2 background exercisers, one showing advanced and one showing beginner modifications. You will only need dumbbells for this workout.
You perform three 60 seconds exercises then repeat 2 more times, with short breaks. Exercises include side & front raise, side plank lat raise, lunge & military press, plank front raise, sumo squat & lat raise, military press, and squat jacks. The workout concludes with a 2 minute 20/10 plyo KB swing finisher.
Using heavier poundage I rate this a high intermediate routine. This one got my heart rate pumping and provided a great strength workout all in a short amount of time. Love the intervals, workout structure, and great instruction. I received this dvd to review.
