Unique surfactants also guarantee sudsy foaming action, which I love the foamy bubbles that really clean my hair. HBL Hydrating Conditioner: 
HBL Hydrating Conditioner is a sulfate free fabulously luxurious conditioner that soothes, moisturizes and protects hair without excessive weight or leaving a greasy feeling. A huge pet peeve of mine is greasy hair so that's a big plus for me. Perfect for all hair types (fantastic on my curly dry hair), it contains Keratin Amino Acids to strengthen hair and silk protein to seal and smooth the cuticle. A rich blend of anti-oxidants including Chamomilla Recutita (Chamomile) Leaf Extract and vitamins A, E and C leave hair feeling smooth, soft and well-hydrated. 

After cleansing with HBL Hydrating Shampoo, apply HBL Hydrating Conditioner and comb through damp strands. After penetrating hair for a couple of minutes, rinse thoroughly- the result: beautiful hair, clean, easy to comb through and lightly scented.
