Bo Yoga Basics Class - Intermediate Level
Nate Guadagni

Nate leads this routine
with 2 backgrounders, all showing a different intensity option. This workout also contains a tutorial on choosing the right size balance bar. This routine is 60 minutes & you will only need your balance bar.

After an active warm up, you move into various standing yoga poses using the bar  for balance & stability and also as a fun cardio prop. Exercises include upper body stretches using the bar, knee pulls using the bar as an upper body prop, hip circles for mobility using the bar for balance, standing leg circles, calf raises, using the bar for foot massage/ stretch, and seated or lying meditation.

This is an intermediate yoga routine that is really appropriate for all fitness levels and is a the perfect next step after mastering the beginner routine. These are unique routines and include a lot of exercise minutes. Great for a thorough yoga workout or break it up for days when you are short on time. Nate is an excellent instructor & I really like using the bar to assist with balance. Each routine comes complete with a thorough exercise guide detailing the exercises.
I received access to this routine to review.

Bo Yoga for Beginners: Gentle Hatha
Nate Guadagni

Nate works out in a nice living room studio with 2 backgrounders, all showing a different intensity option. This workout also contains a tutorial on choosing the right size balance bar. This routine is 60 minutes & you will only need your balance bar.

After an active warm up, you move into various standing yoga poses using the bar to assist with balance & stability. After the standing portion you move to seated stretch & relaxation portion. Exercises include standing cat cow, back mobility work, warrior poses, side bend, tree pose, massage using the bar to roll out your muscles, chest opener, crescent pose, and hip circles.

This is a beginners yoga routine that is really appropriate for all fitness levels. I enjoyed that this is not your typical vinyassa style yoga routine that I often see. It is unique & the bar adds stability to the routine. I like that you are not moving up & down- you perform the majority of the routine standing and then finish up with a seated stretch. I received access to this routine to review.

Bo Yoga 5 Elements Qi Gong
Nate Guadagni

The 5 Elements Qi Gong program includes a warm up using the balance bar, a warm up without the balance bar, a thorough system intro, fully chaptered qi gong programs for each of the 5 elements, balance programs, and even bonus routines. You will only need your optional Bo Yoga Balance Bar for these routines.

The warm ups include Daily Dozen Joint Warm Ups with and without the bar (23 and 27 minutes). There are 3 balance routines, each is available with or without voice cuing (5-6 min each). The system intro is 19 minutes and there are 9 bonus routines from 3 to 6  minutes each.

The main qi gong program is 7 minutes in total or you can select a chapter (ranging from 2-3  minutes each). The elements covered include wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. The program is available with or without cuing.

These routines are suitable for absolutely all fitness levels. I really appreciate that it includes a complete & thorough introduction that fully explains your qi gong practice. This set really is a great value. The Qi Gong series alone contains over 127 minutes of footage and the no cuing footage as well. This is a great qi gong routine that I am happy to have in my workout library. I received this workout to review.
